575 Career & Technical Ed. Dual Credit & Testing Coord

Position Title: Career & Technical Education Dual Credit and Testing Coordinator

Salary Range: $25,500-$35,500

Contract Length: 12 Months

Immediate Supervisor: Director of High Schools, CTE and Adult Education

Basic Function:
The Dual Credit and Testing Coordinator is responsible for thoroughly collecting, organizing and reporting all data necessary to ensure the accuracy of dual credit eligibility, registration, and End of Course Assessments (ECA).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Well versed on all CTE programs and be able to speak to all aspects of CTE programs.
  2. Remain up to date at all times on CTE End of Course Assessments and provide updates to teachers each year.
  3. Schedule and administer all CTE End of Course Assessments.
  4. Schedule and coordinate all Accuplacer college admissions testing for all CTE sites.
  5. Ability to scrutinize all data necessary for determining dual credit eligibility.
  6. Maintain all testing documentation to support postsecondary registration and enrollment.
  7. Coordinate Math and Language Arts ECA comparison reports following release of December and May test results for specific CTE programs.
  8. Assist in the coordination, organization and implementation of CTE special projects and events as needed.
  9. Disburse, collect and record text book assignments for each school year including, but not limited to, the Culinary Arts and Automotive programs.
  10. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  3. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  4. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of self-direction to achieve stated goals.
  5. Ability to work effectively and cooperate with students, faculty/staff, administration and general public using tact and diplomacy.
  6. Perform in keeping with the philosophy and goals of the school corporation and the CTE program.
  7. Possess knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Professional Software, organizational, communication and time management skills.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs. sit, stand, walk, speak, hear and use close vision.
